Q: What's included on the price?
A: Material, fabrication, delivery and installation
Q: What's NOT included on the price?
A: Demolition, plywood, sink cut out
Q: What’s your lead time?
A: 4-5 days after we take measurements of your project
Q: Why do I need to pay for the left over material?
A: If there is leftover, you will be charged at cost only. Whatever it cost us, that’s what you pay for it.
Q: If I provide the material, can you fabricate and install?
A: Yes, the price is not less than $27.99 sqft
Q: Can you come to do an in-home estimate?
A: Yes, once you agree with the proposal and confirm your deposit, then we will send a technician to take templates
Q: I'm not sure if I'm going to hire your company, but I want you to come and give us an estimate
A: Yes, but an estimate fee will be applied. Then once you approve the project, the estimate fee will be credited towards your project.
Q: I’m ready to start the project and hire your company, what’s next?
A: Sign the proposal we sent you, and then forward back to us along with an initial deposit due at signing. You can pay the deposit with credit card as well.
Q: Do I need to give you a deposit at signing of the proposal?
A: Yes, we require an initial deposit at signing before we go and take measurements.
Q: Can you bring samples to my place?
A: Yes, once your appointment and your initial deposit are confirmed, then we could take samples to you on the day we take templates.
Q: Can I go to your showroom and see some samples?
A: Yes, we are located at 12111 Branford St Unit F-1, Sun Valley, CA 91352 Business hours: M-F 8-4pm, Sat 10-1pm, Sundays closed.
Q: Do I need to send you the drawings/dimensions for an estimate?
A: Yes, in order to give you an estimate you will send us a drawing/dimension of your countertops/area you want us to work on. Include backsplash, bars. You can even use the sketch you were provided from your cabinet/tile/contractor company.
